Please join us on February 22, 2016 for a Symposium on the development and future of the local rules of civil procedure used in Pennsylvania’s counties and federal courts.
The program, which features prominent presenters from the bench, bar and academic sectors, seeks to understand the history of the local rules, their current role in Pennsylvania’s unified judicial system, and to question whether local rules should remain a prominent feature. This symposium is approved for 4.5 CLE credits.
